I am sorry I am late, I just saw this. My condolences to the family. I graduated from Huntington East in 1981, with Mr. Thompson was my principal the last two years. He was a leader and brought order back to East and we stayed in contact after graduation, even showing up for my wedding. I will always have much love for his friendship and caring. Prayers for your family during this time of grief.

Mr. Thompson was my principal at Enslow Jr. High and Huntington East. I was an officer worker in junior high. He was so nice, funny and a gentleman. It was great seeing him at my 30th class reunion. My deepest sympathy to his family.
