Dolores Ann HarveyDolores Ann Harvey, 93, of Huntington, sadly left us January 17, 2024 after a short illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, by Pastor Brent Conkright. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery. She was born to the late Ralph and Lena Dennison on March 21, 1930. Dolores was preceded in death by her late husband Robert T. Harvey and sister Peggy Marcum. She is survived by her loving daughter, Diane S. Adkins and son Ted Harvey (Carolyn). She is also survived by two granddaughters, Kelly L. Barnett and Tedra L. Chapman and one grandson, Ben Harvey. She also had two great-granddaughters, Lena McCormick and Ashlyn Brown; great-great-grandson, Michael McCormick; and great-great-granddaughter, Sydney McCormick. Dolores had a four-legged companion, Toby, of 13 years, who slept with her every night. She is also survived by two brothers, Jimmy Dennison and Billy (Mary) Dennison; three sisters, Gloria (Bill) Trogden, Nancy (Mike) Conkright, and Loretta (Greenway) Hatfield. Along with her loving family, she is also survived by sister-in-law, Brenda Harvey and a host of nieces and nephews. Dolores enjoyed her time with great-great-grandkids and her monthly girls lunch date once a month for the past 10 years. She will be missed by many, but the memories of her will keep her alive for the ones she left behind. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service. Diane, Ted, Kelly and family I have so many wonderful memories of spending time at your house with Bob, Delores, Diane and Ted. I loved you all. Your mom was like a second mom to me. Embrace each other during this difficult sad time.
