Grover Jordan Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1934 - 2024 Grover Jordan, 89, of Milton, WV, passed away February 16, 2024 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at the Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton, by Pastor Chelcie Gibson. He was born September 11, 1934, in Milton, a son of the late Harry and Emma Myrtle Scarberry Jordan. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. He was preceded in death one granddaughter, Julianne Marie Jordan. He is survived by his wife Lorene Rice Jordan; one daughter Sandra Dee Welsh (A. V.) of Spring Branch, Texas; two sons, David Lee Jordan (Sara J. Hughes Jordan) of Milton and Gregory Wayne Jordan of Milton; two sisters, Joyce Ann Parsons of Milton and Doris Faye Jordan Wilson (Tommy Edward) of Milton; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. So sorry for your loss Lorene and family, We lived next to Grover and Lorene in Florida, We have a lot of good memories being neighbors, listening to Grover’s stories, helping with all the jobs he could gather up helping people, the world lost a good man but the Lord gained an Angel.
