She was a house wife, loving and devoted mother, when she had to go to work away from the house, she was sad not to be there for her children. She loved gardening, cooking, sewing and crocheting. She never stopped until she couldn’t go. She enjoyed going to church and planned each year to go to the Associations. She so loved seeing all the Brothers and Sisters, she missed through the year. She set a wonderful example for all who knew her. She was a special mother in every way, loving, caring, teaching and disciplining as to raise her children to be good, responsible adults, like a mother should. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be at 12 noon Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville.
