Rosa Lee Hickman, 90, of Milton, passed away June 26, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born September 29, 1933, in Milton, WV, daughter of the late Albert and Mary Wilson Clagg. She was a member of Lower Creek United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband Gerald Hickman, two brothers Everett “Bid” Clagg and Elmer “Pete” Clagg, sister Almeida Hickman, and son-in-law Timothy K. Wiblen. She is survived by four daughters Sharlet Conley, Sharon Wiblen, Robin Jordan (Larry), and Twenda Foster (Clinton); two sisters, Evelyn Meadows and Wanda Chapman; nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Forest Memorial Park, Mausoleum. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
