Nancy Lynn Neff, 67, of South Webster, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at her residence. She was born January 29, 1957 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late William and Haulda (Evans) Stiles, she was a former employee of Sonic, and attended Scioto Christian Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Neff; one daughter, Kimberly Neff; five grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jimmy Dale Neff, Jr., Timothy Neff; one brother, Dale Evans, and one sisters, Kathy Madden, and one granddaughter Shawnacy Nolf.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Ronnie Rawlins officiating. Burial will be in Scioto Furnace Cemetery.
