Carol Sue Montgomery Laack
WHEELERSBURG-Carol Sue Mongomery Laack, 67, passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 at her home in Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was born January 25, 1957 to James and Dorothy (Dot) Montgomery. She was a graduate of Portsmouth East High School in the class of 1975 and was a former employee of Colonial Florist in Wheelersburg, Ohio. Carol was a talented artist and known for her beautiful oil paintings. Carol was lovingly known as “Sis” by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Laack, her late husband, Richard Laack and her parents, James and Dorothy. Carol was one of seven children. She is survived by her brothers, Jim Montgomery, Wheelersburg, OH; Robert Montgomery, Portsmouth, OH; Larry Montgomery, Wheelersburg, OH and Danny Montgomery, Minford, OH and her sisters, Frances Hosey, Wheelersburg, OH and Loretta Montgomery, San Diego, CA. So very sorry for your loss. I didn't know Carol, but I used to work with Frances and Bob is loved by my entire family. Rest in peace Carol.
