It has been exactly one year since her unfortunate accident. I still remember that night. Even though I wasn't around much at Riverside, I remember her from band and seeing her throughout the day. I speak for everyone in saying she is loved so much and will always be remembered. To Jennifer, I send our love, from the seniors of 2010. I'm sorry for your loss and will continue to pray for you all.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer when I worked with Mrs. Archibald at Edison, and was impressed with all that she had accomplished at such a young age. As a mother of a teenager and two younger children I can't even imagine the sadness you feel. When I think about Jennifer my heart hurts. I can only find comfort knowing that she was a christian and is with God now, and hope that helps to bring you comfort as well. My prayers go out to you and all those who's lives she touched. May God be with you.
Sincerely,
Cheryl M. Wylie (Edison student)

Earth has NO SORROW that Heaven cannot heal! Keeping you all daily in our thoughts and prayers as you grieve the loss of your beautiful daughter. (and sister) We pray for your peace and comfort. Take time to grieve, but allow for the laughter in remembering the joy she had in living. The question "why" will never be answered in this life, but rest in the knowledge that God is in control of every situation and one day parting will be no more. We have such wonderful treasures to look forward to. Having lost our own daughter three years ago, we know what you are going through. God will not leave you comfortless.

Bro. Carl and Sis. Trish, I greatly appreciate your stand and know that God is moving in our great loss. If there was anyone that I wish everyone could have known it would be Jen. She was a shining example of the Church of God. Curtis, I'm praying for you and I'm here if you need anything. I know that you can stand, by God's grace. Karen, I know you've heard it hundreds of times this week from many different people but I am praying for you too :)

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee...For I am the LORD thy God... Fear not for I am with thee. I know this is a hard time for you all, but I want you all to know, that during this hard time, God will never leave you nor forsake you. Someday we will all meet again in the beautiful place he's prepared for us, Jen is already enjoying its wonder, its glory, its peace. Someday when we're home at last there wont be anymore separation, no more tears, no more pain. Heaven is sounding sweeter all the time! You are in my prayers. Sis. Diane

I had the distinct pleasure of having Jennifer in my CIT class. Jennifer was definitely a "gold standard" student who set a stellar example for her peers. She was kind, hard working, inquisitive, and always had a very positive attitude. Everything an instructor could ask for in a student. I was stunned to hear of her passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this very difficult time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Birt and family Members.
Jennifer was one of a kind of student. As I told you before, I really enjoyed her hardwork, dedication and attention to following instructions and details. For those reasons, I knew Jennifer was going to be a fine and up standing citizen.
But, now I learned that Jennifer's life was cut short due to a traffic accident on Monday. My heart bleeds for you, and please accept my heart felt sympathy to the entire family and her boyfriend, because you lost a wonderful, superb young lady.
God must have better plans for Jennifer and may that was why he took her so early from us! Try to keep courage although it is difficult for you right now. Trust in the Lord that he will stengthen you through the days and years to come.
Know that myself and the rest of Edison staff will be praying for you and your family. And although Jennifer has graduated and gone on, we will never forget about her.
Be strong, be of good courage and turn your eyes upon Jesus, where all your help will come from.
Respectfully,
Marva Archibald

Dear Bro. Carl, Sis. Trish, Curtis and Karen
We feel we surely do not have adequate words to convey our heartfelt thoughts. We do know God always knows what he is doing, and the one thing I always draw from is, "What He does not keep us from, He'll keep us through." God surely is the God of all grace and comfort. He'll sustain you in your hour(s) of need, just lean on him stronger than ever before. We are so thankful for such a good example, you have so muuch to be proud of and no regrets. That says it all. God knows all about it and God understand. Looking for many good things ahead.

Trish,Carl, Karen and Curtis, The last time that we seen Jennifer was Sunday at graduation and she had such a beautiful and radiant smile on her face as she was awarded her diploma with the rest of the class. She was definately a special person and a gift to all of us on this earth. Meredith has several very special memories of her such as she and Mere being referred to as "the twin towers" during gym class because they were both so tall. Jen also worked for John's father's law firm and I am sure that Bob would have been very proud to have such a beautiful and special person on board. I know that we are truly blessed to have known your beautiful daughter. She was truly an amazing person. Please, if there is anything at all that you need or that we can do, don't hesitate to call us. You are in our prayers.

Jen made such an impact on my life through her gentle confidence and winning personality. I will never forget the time we played volleyball and lost five times before we finally won; mostly because of my rediculous antics. She was such a fun companion in all of our activities and I preferred no other volleyball teammate. Jen was an excellent friend and will be greatly missed. A better example of Godly youth cannot be found. Jen was doubtless a product of her excellent upbringing and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to know her. You are all in our prayers.
Love Ian

Jennay...wow, you was the best friend a person could ever ask for. I'll never forget our trip to the Greene when we saw "Elvis." Most of all I'll remember always "chaperoning" you and Curt. Which was basically Curt "chaperoning" you and me and breaking up all of our "fights." Your mom always told you you needed to ease up on me and not tease me so bad or you'd scare me away...little did she realize that I was giving it right back and more. :) You were my best friend Jen...I'm glad I had the chance to get to know you... I'm just waiting for the day when I'll see you again. Bro. Carl and Sis. Trish- I love you both and I'll be praying for you. Curt- I love you man, never forget the good memories, we have so many (esp. Chicago which i still don't understand (: ). She loved you so much! I'll be praying for you, God will help you through this! -Lars-

Man Jen...I don't even know where to start...I am so happy for you and jealous that you got to see the Grand Entrance before me :-) But it hurts so much that you aren't here anymore. I was just telling my friends last night how amazing you were and that I wish I could be more like you. You always knew what to say and when to say it. You knew when it was time to have fun (and you were great at it, I'll never forget how every time we were together we got our words all changed around) and you knew when to be serious. I had so much confidence in you spiritually. Can't wait to see get a high five from you when I join you! I miss you!

Brother Carl...Sister Trish...Brother Curtis...be assured that God truly knows the pain you are experiencing and know that He did not allow Jen to be taken without first considering each of you. He has confindence in all of your individual relationships with Him and He knows you can make it through this time. He will strengthen you, He will uphold you with the right hand of His righteousness.
We may never understand, but when we can't trace God's hand, we must trust His heart.
And we must Never... Ever... Give Up - Don't Even Think About It!

I rode down with her and a few other girls. she was talking about curt. i know she thot real highly of him, she was so excited to graduate. I am so happy that i knew such an amazing girl. i will never forget her trying to teach me to serve a volleyball. if you wanted jen...thats where you would find her..out on the court. Dear Bro. Carl & Sis. Trish,
Our hearts are deeply saddend for your lost. Heaven has gained another beautiful angel. "OH, WHAT WILL IT BE TO BE THERE?"
God is our source of comfort, and He will be yours, also. HOPE, FAITH, & TRUST in the Lord has been our stay. Only the Lord knows the reason why, we can't question him. As you well know, the scriptures brings us God's word and He has given us many concerning our needs.
Our Prayers & Thoughts are with you today and in the future.
Love both of you

Its hard to put feelings into words.
I seen Jen as an Admiral girl.
she made everything fun when she was around.
I cant think of one time when I seen her and she was not smiling(except that straight face I'm teasing you look)
she was very caring and considerate. Jen was one of the most amazing people I have met.
She excelled in most every thing she did and was very modest about it and encouraged others to just do their best and have fun.
It seems in this world, as it grows darker, the most radiant smiles are taken from us first.
Until the Grand Entrance, I will miss you Jen.

Jen, Jennifer, Jennay, JennyQ, We love and miss you. You were one in a million. Words can't truly express the way we feel but I will always cherish the memories we made while growing up living side by side, from playing house, learning to ride bikes, up to you locking your keys in your car all the time, your volleyball passion, cedar point trips and on and on. There was always a smile on your face and spring in your step. You will be greatly missed but we know that you are in a greater place and wouldn't trade it for anything.
Bro. Carl, Sis. Trish, and Curtis stay true to God and His grace will bring you through. We may never understand it but for everything there is a purpose.
We love and appreciate you all.
