Dear Janet and Livers Family, I had the honor of exercising with Frank through the Vicksburg Enhance Fitness class at the Vicksburg County Community Services facility. He always had a smile on his face and brought sunshine to the rest of the class. Frank always had a kind word for everyone and his thoughtfulness was felt by all. He will be greatly missed by everyone. The Vicksburg Exercise class sends our condolences to Janet and the Livers family. We are so sorry for your loss and hope that all the good memeries will offer a smile to your hearts. Debbie Snell

Our prayers go out to the family. We worked with Frank from 1985 until he retired, from Ronningen Research & Development. Frank was liked by everyone. He was a great guy to work with and we are proud to call him "friend". God Bless.

To Debbie and family: - another sad time for your family. We did not know your father and sister but believe you must be part of a loving, caring family from what we have read. Take care of each other.

Uncle Frank was much loved by our family. From the time I was a child, he visited us. My Dad signed for him to join the military since he was too young. Please know that you are in our prayers. We extend our condolences to you. I told Hazel today. She would love to come, but is not able to make the trip. Love, Eugene & Wanda
