Margaret passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 16, 2009 at her home. She was born October 22, 1951 in Benton Harbor, MI the daughter of Robert and Mary June (Grimm) Shirrell. She was a graduate of Paw Paw High School and was employed by the Paw Paw Shopping Center until it closed and then Wal-Mart on 9th Street in Kalamazoo. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, bowling and dancing. She loved going to Lake Michigan and traveling, especially to Missouri. Surviving are her father, Robert Shirrell; sister, Mary Jo Hansen; niece, Ruth Ann Shirrell; nephew Robert Mengel all of Lawton; 3 great nieces, Carly White, Elise Marie Scovell and Taylor June Scovell; loving friend, Jeff Hickman. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary June in 1997. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010, 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Lawton. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Lawton. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
