Hilda passed away Friday morning, March 12, 2010 at Tendercare of Westwood in Kalamazoo. She was born December 6, 1925 in Paw Paw the daughter of the late Ray and Hazel (Groverstein) Danger. She was a graduate of Paw Paw High School Class of 1942 and was employed by LakeView Community Hospital in Paw Paw as a Ward Clerk retiring 1987. She loved gardening, sewing and make decorations for the cemeteries during Memorial Day. On June 1, 1945 in Paw Paw Hilda was united in marriage to Clarence Baldwin who preceded her in death on October 30, 1997. She was also preceded in death by a son, John T. Baldwin; 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Surviving are 7 children, Charles (Vickie) Baldwin of Grand Rapids, Susan (Charles) Hummel of Kalamazoo, Mary Jane (Robert) Curtiss of Indiana, Donald (Kathy) Baldwin of Parchment, Polly Baldwin of Lawton, Nickel (Rhonda) Baldwin of Indiana and Ann (Mike) Gerry of Vicksburg; 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Arthur (Essie) Danger and William (Sandy) Danger of Paw Paw; many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 20th, 11:00 a.m. at the Glendale, Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
