1934 - 2003
Mr. Harvey Lee Warren, age 69, of 233 Carrollton St., Buchanan passed away Thursday, December 25, 2003. Mr. Warren was born in Haralson County on March 5, 1934. He was the son of the late Mr. John Warren and the late Mrs. Etta Smith Warren. Mr. Warren was a retired produce manager and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Kenneth Warren.
Survivors include one daughter, Ms. Kontessa Blackwell of Rockmart; two sons, Mr. Robert Warren and Mr. Kevin Warren both of Cedartown; one sister, Mrs. Hilda Johnson of Bremen; one brother, Mr. Gene Warren of Buchanan; seven grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 27, 2003 at 3:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Homer Hulsey officiating. Music will be rendered by Donnie and Brenda Johnson. Interment with military honors will be in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Scotty Johnson, Donnie Johnson, Heath Johnson, Dennis Boyce, Greg Howard, and Dwayne Miller.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
