Mr. Wayne Edward "Eddie" Wix, Jr., age 38, of 215 Morgan Rd., Buchanan passed away Sunday, January 18, 2004. Mr. Wix was born in Paulding County on March 18, 1965. He was a truck driver for PK Oil Co. in Dallas.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Anne Winlkles Wix of Buchanan; one son, Mr. Michael Wayne Wix of Buchanan; one sister, Mrs. Sheila S. Balderston of Dallas; one brother, Mr. Roger E. Wix of Dallas; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Edward (Sandra) Wix, Sr. of Dallas; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James (Mildred) Wix of Dallas; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. from White Oak Springs Baptist Church with Brother Johnny Simpson and Brother Earl Partain, Sr. officiating. Music will be rendered by Becky Bearden and Steve and Terry Williams. Interment will follow in the White Oak Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Mark Pawley, Lonnie White, Keith Smith, Brock Ellis, Tim Noble, and David Lee.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
