Mrs. Sara Magdeline Morris Bush, age 68, of 148 Park Heights Dr., Buchanan passed away Thursday, June 3, 2004. Mrs. Bush was born in Haralson County on April 23, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Hoyt Morris and the late Mrs. Annie Harris Perry. Mrs. Bush was retired from the Arrow Shirt Company.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Troy O. Bush of Buchanan; one daughter, Mrs. Kay Boatright of Carrollton; three sons, Mr. David Bush of Cedartown, Mr. Wayne Bush of Tallapoosa, and Mr. Mark Bush of Buchanan; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Richards, Mrs. Aline Worthy, Mrs. Elizabeth Worthy, and Mrs. Evia Maxwell; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 4, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Mr. Danny Hutcheson officiating. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Joseph Maxwell, Dennis Worthy, Jeff Worthy, Shane Worthy, Bobby Williams, Joe Thomas, Phil Richards, and Josh Worthy. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, Kevin Bush, Adam Bush, Lance Rayburn, and Zachary Bush.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
