1931 - 2004
Mr. Robert William Kiser of 4904 Hwy. 120, Buchanan passed away Monday, July 12, 2004. Mr. Kiser was born in Haralson County on January 28, 1931. He was the son of the late Mr. Sam Kiser and the late Mrs. Estelle Davis Kiser. Mr. Kiser was a retired insurance agent.
Mr. Kiser enjoyed writing, playing and singing gospel music. He had over the years provided music for several churches in Haralson and Paulding Countyies. Mr. Kiser was a member of Beulahland Baptist Church.
Survivors include one sister, Miss Sylvia Kiser of Buchanan; one brother and sister-in-law, Chalmus and Linda Kiser of Carrollton; two nieces, and one nephew.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Buddy Gentry and Mr. Danny Hutcheson officiating. Music will be rendered by Rev. Buddy Gentry. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Daren Kiser, Keith Kiser, Jim Triplett, Vince Hanson, Jackie Davis, T.R. Kiser, Delmar Easling, and Glen Kelley.
Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
