A boy about my age,
Big brown eyes,
And a shiny grin,
This boy, my friend.
Looking for adventure,
Around every bend,
Always a "dip" in hand,
No cares,no worries,
Jimmy was,"my friend".
A BMX was his wheels,
A radio strapped to its grill,
Hank Jr,cranked to the gill,
Adventure was his only thrill,
Jimmy was my childhood friend....
I never knew Jimmy as a man,but as a child he was always there. Many hours we spent just hanging out with the neighborhood "kids".I wish the best to the ones he has left behind. To his children you were blessed.Keep your daddys memory alive and he will always be there by your side.I'm sorry for your loss.
