Emily Cathleen Copley
WHEELERSBURG-Emily Cathleen Copley, 32, of Wheelersburg passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 at SOMC ER in Portsmouth. Emily was born July 31,1991 in Columbus Ohio to Vicki Lynn Nickell (Copley). She graduated from Vern Riffe School and was employed at Star Workshop. Emily was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Menada “Tater” Allen, great grandparents, Andrew and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Copley and her great uncles, J.D. Copley, Clay Copley, Wilbur Wright, Benny Wright, Dale Wright and Douglas Wright. Emily is survived by her mother, Vicki Lynn Nickell; grandparents, Tom Copley and Cathy Copley of Wheelersburg; uncle, Andy Copley; aunt, Renee (Roger) Gleim and cousins, Amber Gleim and Lane (Madison) Gleim.
Services for Emily will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church with Kenneth Wright officiating. Interment will be in Haverhill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
