CONNIE MAE JACKSON
Mrs. Connie Mae Jackson age 91 of 2127 Burwell Road., Carrollton, Georgia died Sunday; July 31, 2005 at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton.
She was born in Carroll County Georgia January 29, 1914 the daughter of the late Robert L. and Laura Morris Jacobs. She was a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Sewell’s.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Claude Jackson. 6 brothers, 2 sisters, grandson David Allen Jackson, granddaughter Cindy Rebecca Butler, great-granddaughter Allison Wilson.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Jimmy (Annette) Jackson of Abbeville, SC. Daughters and Sons-in-Laws Betty Sue (Roderick) Wilson of Bremen, GA. Polona (Billy) Jeter and Dorothy (Paul) Butler all of Carrollton, GA. 13 Grandchildren and 28 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday; August 2, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. from Indian Creek Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Reynolds and Rev. Doyle Jackson officiating. Pallbearers will be Jerry Jeter, Kenny Jeter, Doug Jackson, Tommy Rogers, Keith George, Phillip Wilson, Kevin Ayers, Barry Smith, Charles Jackson and Danny Federer. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Rainwater Funeral Home of Bowdon, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
