Janice Johnson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2009 Janice Johnson,, 75, Vinton, OH., Passed away at her home Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, following an extended illness. She was born June 14, 1933, in Gilbert, WV., daughter of the late Avil and Emmy Cline Harvey. She is survived by her husband, Danny Johnson, one son, Mike (Pauline) Marcum, Bidwell, OH., Three daughters: Sandra (Kenny) DePue, Vinton, OH. Mary Oiler, Vinton, OH Vickie Fitzwater, Bidwelll, OH. Four grandchildren: James Shannon Marcum, TX, Kelly Allen Marcum, Nelsonville, OH Kenny Ray Marcum, Vinton, OH Matthew Jason DePue, Vinton, OH six great-grandchildren, two borthers and three sisters: Adril (Karen) Harvey, Columbus, OH Conny (Rose) Harvey, Kerr ,OH Eileen (Hubert) Marcum, Columbus, OH Sue Harvey, Columbus, OH Hazel Trent, Loraine, OH She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Sue Marcum and grandson, Eric Marcum, granddaughter, Latisha Marcum, an infant great-granddaughter, a brother, Avil "Bud" Harvey and a sister, Juanita Leasure. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM., Monday, at the McCoy-Moore Funeal Home, Vinton, with Pastor Robert Hersman officiating. Burial will be in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Sunday, 1:00 -3:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM

THIS IS SOO WRONG. SHE DID NOT HAVE A GRANDSON NAMED ERIC "MARCUM". YOU NEED TO PUT A CORRECTION IN THE PAPER. HE WAS NEVER CLAIMED WHILE HE WAS ALIVE AND WILL NOT BE NOW.

We were deeply saddened by the passing of Janice. We wish we could have visited with her more often. But she will always hold a special place in our hearts from day to day. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Love Ed, Carolyn and Family
