Mary and family, I've finally been able to find the place I could leave you a message to let you know how sorry I was to learn of Charlie's passing. I'll never forget him. He was always joking and having fun. I don't think I ever saw him in a bad mood. He was liked by everyone who knew him. When your dad, Jim, Paul, and Buzz were all together you couldn't hear yourself think for the four of them carrying on so. Those were fun times. Your dad will be missed by many. Any time Mom needed his help with her car, he was always ready to help her and for that I'm very thankful. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

I remember Charlie years ago when he worked at the service station in Porter. I lived in Bidwell and in bad weather would leave my car there to ride with Oty Stewart to work at the Courthouse. Charlie always like to talk and joke. I hadn't seen him in years and one day when I was putting flowers on my parents grave (Bill & Reva Fraley) we had a chance to talk once again. I always enjoyed Charlie's conservations. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family..........
