June Ilene Argabright, 90, Gallipolis, Oh., passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at her residence. She was born June 15, 1918, in Arnoldsburg, WV., daughter of the late Ada McCulty McGlothlin. She was a member of the Vinton Baptist Church and had attended Faith Baptist Church, Rodney. In addition she was a member of the Vinton American Legion Auxiliary, Post 161, for forty-four years.
June is survived by her husband of sixty-eight years, Ishmael E. Ish Argabright, and four children: Raymond Gene Argabright, Kannapolis, N.C,
Velma (Justin) Williams, Judith Perry, Gallipolis, OH., and Paula (Keith) Saunders, Bidwell, Oh., eleven grandchildren:
Jill, Jay, and Mark Argabright, Vicki Beach, Lisa Isaacs, Lori Prendergast,
Melissa Jones, Justin Williams, Susan Hopkins, Jessie and Pete Saunders;
nineteen great-grandchildren,and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two grandsons,
Jeffrey Eugene Glenn and Timothy Ray Glenn.
