I don't know you but we have something in common. I lost a son five years ago to different circumstances. I'll give you something of advice and hope it helps you. You will go through a series of emotions and among them will be anger. Anger at what you could have done or what shouldn't have happened. Learn to let it go. Everything you bottle up just festers. Live through the saddness and anger and live on for each other and your child. It hurts for a good while but it hurts less later. Good meaning people will always feel sorry for you and for a time that's comforting. There will come a time when you won't need that anymore. Don't be afraid to be happy again someday ,and don't let people keep you from finding that happiness. Life is long and your memories of your boy are going to feel like sunshine on a cold day. God's peace upon you.

Dear Dodrill Family, I know right now no words could take away the pain that your hearts are feeling. I remember seeing little levi when he was smaller and thinking of how much he looked like denny. With all the little curls in his hair. Me and Marjean were in charge of watching little denny get on the bus his first day of school. Seems just like yesterday and here denny a daddy hisself. My heart goes out to your family, I never could imagine the love of a child until I had my own, God finally blessed me with him when I was 41. And I thank god everyday that he let me borrow one of his angels. You had a beautiful angel on earth, And now hes with his papaw dodrill, and kelli and his little cousin he never saw. He can see it all. Hes a beautiful angel in heaven, with those beautiful curls. Hes better off than we are. Hes playing in heaven. All I can say is my family has loved the dodrill family so long. And we are so deeply sorry for your loss, We wish we could take away the pain, If at all anyone needs anything, just to talk, just get ahold of me or one member of my family. im so sorry for your loss. levi was a big part of every ones life. he was best friends with my younger brother clayton russell. thoes two were never apart. he was a real big part of our family and its realy sad the way things went. i just keep telling my self that he is in a better place and will alawys look out for all of us and he will always stay alive in our hearts. if there is any thing you need just get a hold of my mom. i love you guys and may god be with you though out your hard times and the good.
