Margaret Nugent, age 81 born March 12, 1928 in Bluefield WVA slipped away peacefully at home December 10, 2009. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John P. Nugent. She will be deeply missed by her five loving children, Oleta McCabe, John L. (Julie) Nugent, Cynthia (Rick) Epperhart, Martin Nugent and Julie (Robert) Pier.
She was also a dear grandmother to eighteen grandchildren, Phillip McCabe, Becky McCabe, John McCabe, Brian Nugent, Jody Kyran, Eric Nugent, Aaron Collins, Chad Nugent, Dustin Epperson, Kyle Epperson, Aaron Nugent, Cody Nugent, Austin Nugent, Stephanie Holcomb, Tammy Epperhart, Jennifer Boggess, Karissa Smathers and Scott Harder. She was also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren. She is survived by one sister, Georgia Racer. She was proceeded in death by her mother and father, Callie and Hasten Lundy also she was proceeded in death by her brothers, Joe, Clint, Frank, Roy, Chester, Herman and one sister Helen.
Our mother was a very kind and loving woman with a heart of gold, she will greatly missed by all.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 15, 2009 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, 208 Main Street, Vinton, OH with Pastor Chester Hess officiating.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Monday, 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
