William O. Lee, 85, Wilkesville, Ohio, passed away at his residence on Monday, December 14, 2009. He was born April 16, 1924, in Chattaroy, WV, son of the late Roscoe Lee and Pricey Horn Lee. He was a retired heavy equipment operator.

Bill is survived by his wife, Evelyn Vance Lee, Chillicothe, OH and four children: Larry (Kimmi) Lee, Bidwell, OH; Paul (Lisa) Lee, Rio Grande, OH; Billy (Sue) Lee, Washington Courthouse, OH, and Cindy (Brian) Wilbur, Wellston, OH; and seven grandchildren: Adam, Cody, Devin, Gracie, Jason and Jordan Lee; and Brian Wilbur.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lee and a brother, Lloyd Lee.

Friends may call 6:00 - 8:00 PM, on Thursday, December 17, 2009, at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton. In honor of his request, cremation will follow.

Larry,Paul,Billy,Cindy,Evelyn and family, I am sorry the loss of your dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. He was someone who touched my heart in my life through out the years. I could always count on a hug, a laugh and a pocket full of change that he would always want to give me every time he seen me. Let the good memories help carry you through this difficult time. Janet
