My thoughts are with you and your family; I have such pleasant memories of Austin both in cheering together and before; we spent many days after school hanging out around town... This loss is truly tragic; my sympathies are with your whole family during this time and after.

There are no words....My thoughts have come to wonder if we can ever understand how difficult it is to love our sons and daughters and how hard and sad it is to let them go. I am on bended knee praying for you and yours for strength. Your son was and will always be a wonderful man and soul. God keep him until you see him again They say time heals they don't realize that time seems endless.

I went to high school with Austin, and he was always a total joy to be around. He could always make me smile and laugh no matter what else was going on in my life. Justin and the rest of the family are in my thoughts - he will certainly be missed!

I need you to know what an honor it was for me to know Austin. To work with Austin and to call him my friend. He worked for me and the Housler family for years and he was a sparkle to me every day he came in. I could rest assured that he would take care of every customer just as I would if not better. He could do anything and everything and wasn't afraid to try. He was up to anything I'd ask of him and always went above and beyond the call of duty. He made everyone who came through our doors feel at home and part of the family. His dazzling smile and beautiful eyes and silly smile was all it took. He loved his Mother's cooking and shared a couple of her secrets with me and I still use them to this day. As a Mother myself I tended to worry about him and out of many employees he remained on my mind long after he had moved on. I wondered about him and how he was doing. He called once and asked if he could use me as a reference and I quickly told him, "of course and to make me proud." But I was always proud of him and knew he would do well. But now my heart is broken as I know many are. It's raining out and I believe God cries with us. If I can do anything to be of any help, please call me. He touched my heart more than any other employee ever has. Life was tough... He made it barable.
