June passed away Sunday evening, October 3, 2010 at her home. She was born June 29, 1925 in Kalamazoo the daughter of the late Walter W. and Alta Marie (Gleason) Jones. June as a member of the First Baptist Church, Paw Paw, loved spending time with her granddaughter, great granddaughters, gardening, bird watching and monthly visits with her class mates. On October 18, 1946 in Lawton, June was united in marriage to Billy R. Heystek who preceded her in death on November 17, 2004. Surviving a daughter, Bonnie June (Walter) Miller of Lawton; granddaughter, Laura June Burns Crosbie of Lawton; great granddaughters, Reagan June and Corri Bree Crosbie of Lawton; several cousins. Family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Home, Paw Paw where funeral services will be held Thursday 1 p.m. with Rev Horace Turner officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Michigan or the First Baptist Church, Paw Paw.

June was a wonderful friend to my mom, Marge Howard, for over 70 years. I will always remember her as a very classy, beautiful woman. She always loved to visit with us, over all those years. We have and will miss her.
