Helen passed away Friday afternoon, December 17, 2010 at White Oaks in Lawton. She was born June 6, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of the late Frank and Katherine (Kaiser) Pflaumer and moved to this area in 1950. She was employed at Paw Paw Plating Company until her retirement in 1980. Helen was a member of St. John Bosco Church, Mattawan and loved crafts and traveling in her retired life. On June 25, 1938 in Chicago, Helen was united in marriage to Sebastian B. Wagner who preceded her in death on February 26, 1981. She was also preceded in death by daughter, Marilyn Wagner-Sullivan and 2 brothers, Joseph and John Pflaumer. Surviving are a son, Robert (Susan) Wagner of Lawton; daughter, Kathleen (Dr. Stephen) Nabors of Houston, TX; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Frank and Anthony Pflaumer both of Chicago; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Mathew Illikattil officiating. Interment will be in St. Marys Cemetery, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Bosco Church, Mattawan.
