Joyce Gail Deer, 71, of Ironton, Ohio passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 in KDMC, Ashland, KY. She was born August 3, 1950 in Charleston, WV daughter of the late Arden and Marjorie Moore Perry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Kay Day and Rebecca Fields; and half brother Arden Perry. She is survived by her husband, George A. Deer; three daughters, Annette Koehne; Connie Patel and Brandy Dudley (Oler); two stepdaughters Gina (Tim) Delong and Maria (Carl) Woodall; one son John Grady; numerous grandchildren Natasha Ogilvie, Oler Dudley, Teresa Wright, Joshua Michels, Destiny Taylor, Alyssa Moody, Autumn Koehne, John Grady, and Shayla Hubster; and great grandchildren whom she loved dearly and who loved her; stepmother Glenda Perry; step sister S. Carol Ward; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
