Larry Patrick Fortner, 60, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday October 18, 2021 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born August 7, 1961 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Lee Fortner; grandparents Henry and Mary Moore Travis and Raymond and Virgie Kipp Fortner; and two brothers John Keyser and Kenneth Myrtle. He is survived by his mother Anna Lou Fortner of Huntington, WV; three children Anna (Brandon) Conrad of Huntington, WV, Larry Fortner II of Huntington, and Robert Fortner of Las Vegas, Nevada; three grandchildren Brandon Conrad, Jr., Gavin Conrad, and Kaidyn Conrad; sister Mary Lou (Russell) Gravely of Huntington, WV; nieces and nephews Austin Kingery (Kerry Woody), Ritchie (Tiffani) Kingery, Brandon Kingery, Shane (Tiffini) Travis, Johnathan Keyser, David Hamilton, Russell (Nicole) Gravely, Alexis Gravely; great nieces and nephews Kaylee, Julianna, Kaydie, Austin Jr. and Alanah Kingery, Zues Stover, Braylen Kingery, Jake Travis, Benjamin Travis, Hennessy Travis, Haylee Gravely, A’leigha Gravely, and Taylor Gravely; aunts Deborah Robertson, Eleanor Chaney, Rosie (Jim) Barber, Sheila Jarrell, Mary Ann Travis, Annie Moore, James (Patty) Fotner, Helen (Homer) Keeney, and Dianna Clay, uncle Buck (Durdane) Null, and many cousins that he loved. The family would like to express a special thanks to Hospice of Huntington and all the nursing staff, thanks to Scott and Mary Poston and their children Stephen, Bridget, and Justin, and thanks to her aunts Debbie, Eleanor, and Rosie, and Charlotte Adkins and Pepsi Richardson. Funeral service will be held 5 p.m. Friday October 22, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Tony Mays. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
