Vesta D. Coleman, 94, of Salt Rock, WV, passed away May 5, 2024. She was born December 25, 1929, in Salt Rock, WV, daughter of the late Erie Alonzo Lucas and Vicie Swanson Lucas. She was also preceded in death by her husband Fred E. Coleman. She is survived by two daughters Patricia “Trish” Galloway and Marlene Gue; half son Herb Lucas, half daughter Drema Freeman; stepdaughter Judy Hesson; two sisters Violet Gue and Kathy Beckett; one brother Delbert Lucas; three grandchildren Robert John and Leigh-Anne; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Jody Lucas.
