1954 - 2024
 Sharon Lynn Atkinson, 69, of Milton, went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was born November 20, 1954, in Huntington, WV, daughter of Mary Jane Johnson Ours of Milton and the late Harold Ours. She was also preceded in death by her husband Larry Atkinson and her nephew Harold “Wilkie” Shull. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her son Jason Holley and special daughter-in-law Bethany Holley of Milton; sister Connie Callopi; nephew Greg Callopi (Tasha) and their daughter June; niece Alisha Johnson and her son Todd; grandson Marshall Dawson (Cassidy), granddaughter Kyra Nelson (Nicholas); four great-grandchildren, Remington Nelson, BlakeLee Nelson, Dansel Nelson, and Miles Dawson; and her best friend of 69 years Debbie Conard. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for their loving care. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, September 30, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery.
