To the Family, Loved Ones and Friends of Jim McCoy: Though I now live in Atlanta, GA with my wife and children. I remember the always smiling, very amiable and personable young man, neighbor Rush Kentuckian, and Boyd County High School classmate Jim "Jimmy" McCoy. I had the opportunity to see Jim and speak with him briefly at the park in Ashland, KY a couple or three summers ago and introduce him to my family. As usual, Jim was very friendly and seemed genuinely glad to see me again. As I was to see him. My sincere condolences and sorrow for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you. Bill Reffitt
