Samuel Lee Parson, age 64, of Mechanicsburg, OH, passed away Saturday, September 10th, 2005 in the Heartland of Urbana.
He was born May 21st, 1941 in Lawrence County, KY, a son of the late William H. Parson and Kentucky Dolly (Perry) Allen.
He worked for 27 years as a farmer. Sam enjoyed working on cars and he liked to hunt and fish.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 granddaughters, Reva and Rebecca Parson; 3 brothers, Bill, Roger and Charles; 2 sisters, Mary Alice and Geraldene.
He is survived by his wife, Freda Church Parson.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 15th, 2005 at 1:00pm at the Malone Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Allen Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00am until service time at the funeral home.
