Fred Marvin (Brock) Deerfield, age 75, of Grayson, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 26th, 2005, at Kings Daughters Medical Center.
He was born September 27th, 1930, at Denton, KY, a son of the late Charley Edward and Goldia Young Deerfield.
He was a US Marine Corp Korean Veteran and a member of the D.A.V. Chapter 17, V.F.W. # 3705 and the American Legion.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Annie Schaffer Deerfield; brothers, Charles Deerfield and Clifford Deerfield and a sister, Hazel Marie Deerfield.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00pm, October 29th, 2005 at the Malone Funeral Home with Willie Martin and Bill Bush, ministers.
Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens with military graveside rites being conducted by the East Carter High School Jr. R.O.T.C. Visitation will be held Friday evening, October 28th, from 6-9pm at the funeral home.
