Jerry Roger BordersJerry Roger Borders, age 65, of Grayson, KY, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18th, 2006, in Kings Daughters Medical Center.

Mr. Borders was born December 26th, 1940, at Ft. Gay, WV, a son of the late Raymond and Fern Newcome Borders.

He attended the Johns Run Tabernacle and was a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Winchester, KY.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Chaney.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 21st, 2006, at 11:00am

at the Malone Funeral Home with Delmar Rogers and Leon Muncie, ministers. Burial will be in the Clearmont Memorial Gardens in Winchester, KY. Visitation will be held Friday evening, January 20th, from 6-9pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Johns Run Tabernacle 1596 Huffs Run Grayson, KY 41143

Senator Borders, So sorry to hear of your brother's passing. I hope you find comfort in sweet memories. May God ease your pain and bless you.(I am from Carter County originally and Bill Heaberlin was my grandfather).
