Richard, Serena and kids: I've never submitted a condolence like this before but I knew it might be a long while before we see you to tell you how sorry I am for your father's passing. I lost my father 11 years ago and my mom just 3 years ago. It's completely changed my life, but with time, the pain of the loss does get better. The hurt is always there but it does get a little easier too. Death is so hard on the kids. Talk about their loss as well. I'll be praying for you and your family. Your family will always be friends to us. Take care and hope to see you soon.
