Edna Alberta Cotten, age 72, of Grayson, KY, went to be with her Lord on Friday, August 4, 2006 in Kings Daughters Medical Center. She was born March 28, 1934, at Carter County, KY, a daughter of the late Otto Steele and Naomi Grizzell Arnett. She was a homemaker and a member of the Barretts Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Milford Cotten of Grayson. Her other survivors include: two daughters and a son-in-law: Oral Ann Cotten and Milberta and David McKinney of Grayson; two sons and a daughter -in-law: Jackie Robert Cotten and Gary Lee and Valarie Cotten both of Grayson; her step-mother, Belle Steele of Grayson; three brothers Clarence, George and John Steele all of Grayson; two sisters Jewell Elliott and Sue Steele of Grayson; three grandchildren Bradley and Summer Cotten and Amber Rigsby; one special friend Betty Martin. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 7th, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home by ministers Jimmy Stephens and Terry Harris. Burial will be in the East Carter Co. Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6-9 Sunday, August 6th, and after 9:00 a.m. Monday.
