Lillie Bea Hicks IngramMrs. Lillie “Bea” Hicks Ingram age 77 of Dallas Highway, Villa Rica, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica following an extended illness Mrs. Ingram was born March 7, 1929 the daughter of the late Emmett Hicks and Beth Roberts Hicks. She was a member of New Georgia Baptist Church and was dedicated homemaker. Mrs. Ingram was a very loving and devoted mother, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends especially her 7 sisters. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Jenny Ingram, Villa Rica, sisters and brothers-in-law, Salley Faye Hicks Huff, Villa Rica, GA, Ila Mae Hicks Gunnell, Dallas, Irma Ree Hicks Carnes, Villa Rica, Minnie Lee Hicks Brown, Villa Rica, Willie Tee Hicks Busbin and Edwin Busbin, Villa Rica, Lyndal Hicks Rainwater, Villa Rica, Reba Hicks Agan and Ed Agan, Villa Rica, sisters-in-law, Maria Ingram, Oxford, AL, and Jacqueline Ingram, Villa Rica, brother-in-law, Darrell Ingram, Austell, and a host of nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years G.W. “Dub” Ingram on December 17, 1997, and brothers, George Hicks and Guy Hicks. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 18, 2006 at 2 o’clock from New Georgia Baptist Church with Dr. James Burdette and Rev. Keith Stell officiating. Music will be provided by Mr. Kelley McCord. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 until 8 P.M. Interment will follow in Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica. Pallbearers include Chad Williams, Drew Williams, Ronnie Brown, Roger Brown, Randy Brown, Chris Agan, George Parmer, and Robin Cashin. Condolences may be sent to the at www.jcollinsfuneralhome.com J. Tea, Edwin, Jay and the entire family are in our prayers. Ms. Bea was always a kind, sweet and nice lady. Her and my aunt Maureen Meeks were dearest friends. She will be greatly missed. If there is anything we can do for any of you, please call.
