Mr. John Wesley Pitts, Jr. age 34 of Hiram died suddenly Sunday, February 4, 2007.

Mr. Pitts, was born May 19, 1972 in Fulton County the son of Rita Peele and John Wesley Pitts, Sr. He worked as a Medical Service Technician for Proline Medical, was Baptist by faith and had attended Sweetwater Baptist Church in Douglasville. Mr. Pitts enjoyed fishing four-wheeling and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his daughters, Hayleigh and Hannah Millsap, Douglasville, son, James Wesley Pitts, Douglasville, mother and stepfather, Rita and John Peele, Douglasville, sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Joe Parish, Monticello, maternal grandfather, James Paul Neal, Sr., Atlanta, and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 2 o’clock from Sweetwater Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Alexander officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8.

Interment will follow the service in the Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery with the Marty Menne, Robbie Saladino , Joseph Wallace, Ryan Sweet, Josh Bailey, and Doug Shumway serving as pallbearers.

I send my prayers to john's family. john was a great person, just saw him a few weeks ago and we talked for a while.
