Mrs. Sherlene Packer Ford, age 54 of Temple, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2007 in Tanner Medical Center, Villa Rica
Mrs. Ford was born October 10, 1952 in Douglasville, the daughter of the late J.W. Packer and Ola Mae McGinnis Packer. She was a member of The Villa Rica Holiness Church and was a full time MOM. Mrs. Ford was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Ford, Temple, daughters and sons-in-law, Kristie and Jeff Evans, Bowdon, formerly of Douglasville, Kimberly and Tony Seymour, Douglasville, and April Maycee, Temple, grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua Evans, Bowdon, and Emma Seymour, Douglasville, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Packer, and sister, Barbara Reynolds.
Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 1 o’clock from J. Collins Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Bobby House and Rev. Ikey Watson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1 until 8.
Interment will follow the service in The Villa Rica Holiness Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Daniel Voiles, Brian House, Kenneth Walters, Kenny Cooper, David McAnally and Bobby Fuller
