To Dick's loved ones, Please accept my heart felt condolence for your family at this most difficult and trying time. I worked with Dick for many years at CSX in the engineering dept. and enjoyed those years. Dick and I ate lunch together hundreds of times and he shared many stories about his childern whom he loved very much. I live in Kentucky and didn't find out about Dick's passing until a couple days ago. I'll keep your family in my prayers. I know what your feeling and how much it hurts. I truly believe that Dick's in a better place and that some day you will be united. May God and our Lord be with you always.

Charlotte and family: I wish there were words I could say that would give each of you the comfort you need. All I can say is trust in the Lord during this time of grief. Remember, when you see one set of footprints He has not left you... He is carrying you. Love you.

Mr. Rosier was a great neighbor and friend we had the honor to have in our lives even though for just 4 years. I will always remember...If we seen Mr. Rosier Mowing well then its time too get the mower out as well. He always kept his lawn so nice and neat, We tried to do the same since our lawns we butted against each other. He never had a harsh word towards us the kids or even our dog Thunder He will be sorely missed, But we all know he is in a better place with our heavenly father.

Dear Conner, I read in the paper that your Grandfather went to heaven to be with Jesus. I am sorry that he is no longer here for you and your brother. You and your family are in my prayers. Good luck to you in your new school. You'll be missed at Milton. Send me a note when you can. I know that I will be hearing good things about you in the future. My sympathy to your family... Love, Mrs. Fillmore

Dick was a fine man who loved his family and especially talked about the grandkids, he was also a good pilot and instructor. We had alot of fun at Ona. Dick was there to help and enjoyed seeing new pilots succeed as well as seasoned pilots become even better. He will be missed.

Dick was always so friendly and warm towards me. I always looked forward to seeing him at Church and remember fondly the times our families spent together. Though we can rejoice he's happier in heaven, I know I'll certainly miss him here on earth. My love to all the Rosiers.

Charlotte and family, I can only imagine your grief. You all have been apart of my family for as long as I can remember. From times we came and stayed at your house as a child through the my marriage and birth of the kids. I am thankful that God granted me the privelage to be included in your lives. May Gods peace carry you through the road ahead. The fourth will always be different, but a blessing to know he is at rest in the lords arms.
