Velma Robinette 75 of Louisa, KY went to be with her Lord on Tuesday June 21, 2011 following a long illness.
Velma was born Sept. 21, 1935 in Pike County, KY., the daughter of the late George Edward and Anna Maggard Mullins. She was a homemaker and member of the Spencer FWB Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Christopher Moore and a sister Barbara Ethridge.
Survivors include her huband Bobby Robinette of Louisa, two daughters Lenora Young of Louisa and Rene Thompson of Fort Gay, WV; a son Richard Robinette of Louisa; five sisters Alma York, Judy Chaney, Zola Young all of Louisa, Jessie Ogier of Jackson, OH, and Joyce Young of Webbville, KY; a brother James Pack of Louisa, Seven Grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday June 24th at the Wilson Funeral Home by Rev. Ronnie Childers. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, KY.
