Johnny Mack Savage

Johnny Mack Savage 64 of Fallsburg, KY passed away Tuesday September 27, 2011 at Three Rivers Medical Center following a long illness.

Johnny was born April 5, 1947 in Louisa, KY, the son of the late Arthur Savage Jr. and Mary Frances Yates Savage Rice. He was a carpenter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Diana Kaye Savage and a half sister Katie.

Survivors include a daughter Janie Savage of Columbus, Ohio, his step father Jack Rice of Louisa, two sisters Debbie Gillum of Louisa, Penny May of Webbville, KY, two half sisters Elizabeth and Nancy; five brothers Gary Arthur Savage of Sandusky, OH, Jack Savage and Jess Milton Savage both of Louisa, Randy Rice also Louisa, and Greg Rice of Louisa; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday Sept. 29th at 1:00 pm at the Savage Memorial Methodist Church by Rev. Jack Savage. Burial will follow in the Benard-Yates Cemetery at Fallsburg, KY. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the church.
