Edward Medina Arreola "Booga" at the age of 60 has gone home to be with our Lord and Saviour. He passed from this life at his residence in Kerrville Texas on Thursday, August 14, 2014 surrounded by his family after a courageous long fought with cancer. Eddie was born on January 21, 1954 in Kerrville Texas. He loved his family and friends. He enjoyed the out doors, playing pool, watching sports and was an avid Spurs fan. Eddie was always positive regardless of his struggles. By his living testimony, Eddie conquered the trials and tribulations of his past life. His smile will be remembered and will be in our hearts forever. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Alice (Licha) Arreola and wife Linda Arreola.
Eddie is survived by his four children Melissa Arreola, Monica Arreola, Michelle Arreola Perez and husband Pete, and Edward "Bodie" Arreola JR all of Kerrville; 2 sisters Ernestine "Teeny" Arredondo, Edna Arreola Sanchez and husband Florencio; brother Eloy "Rolo" Arreola and wife Margaret "Marty" Arreola; loving companion Carolyn Miller; 4 grandchildren Makayla Arreola, Damon Tampke, Derrion Tampke, Kaliyah Raine Perez; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends.
Memorial services will be held 2pm, Saturday, Aug. 23, 20-14 at Wrights Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas
