Christopher Ray Clarke, 57, of Westwood, died peacefully Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland following an extended illness.
Chris was born July 24, 1958, in Ashland, a son of Nadine Broughton Clarke of Westwood and the late Billy Ray Clarke. He was also preceded in death by a brother, William Mark Clarke.
Chris was a former machinist with Kyova Machine Shop.
Also surviving are a son, Christopher Clarke II (Crystal) of Westwood; a daughter, Cherish Copley (Josh Goodlett) of Ashland; four grandchildren, Aaron Neal, Lydia Clarke, Malayia Carman and Destiny Carman; and his dog, “Baby Girl” Jezebel.
A graveside service will be at noon Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016, at Dixon Cemetery in Westwood by Pastor J.D. Cockrell.
Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
