Donald Lee Fraley, 74, of Ironton, formerly of Boyd County, Ky., died peacefully Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
Don was born Feb. 23, 1941, in Boyd County, a son of the late George Lee and Pauline Elizabeth Stephens Fraley.
He was retired from the maintenance department of AK Steel Coke Plant and was a member of Ironton VFW Post 8850.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Warden.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Callicoat; a daughter, Lori Warden and husband Bruce of Edgewood, Ky.; a stepdaughter, Misty Callicoat of Ironton; two sisters, Deborah Weinfurtner of Boyd County and Nancy Parker of Boyd County; a brother, James Fraley of Boyd County; and three grandchildren, Brooke Warden, Justin Callicoat and Aubrey Jackson.
At Don’s request, there will be no services.
Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
